Beautiful display it’s as pleasing to eat as it is to look at. The items are fresh, the rolls are tasty. Very nice combinations. Packaged well. Delivered by Uber Eats. Excellent choice for healthy eating whether you choose to have the fish or simply just the vegetables I didn’t rate the atmosphere because I ordered through Uber Eats so I can’t speak on that.

Tried this via UberEat where the food was fresh and tasty, especially the brown rice. However, the raw fish portion was too little.

I've been a loyal customer of Monkey Sushi Hwy 7 for over 5 years, and I can confidently say that I've never had any issues with food safety or hygiene there. It's been a consistently great experience for me. The prices are reasonable, and I always feel like I get good value for my money. My absolute favorite is the premium salmon lover set at Monkey Sushi Hwy 7. It's always fresh and delicious, making it a must-order for me every time I visit. While the staff may not be the most talkative, they do their job well. Overall, I truly enjoy dining at Monkey Sushi Hwy 7 and would recommend it to anyone looking for delicious sushi!

I've been going to this Monkey Sushi for a few months now since they've opened, so I finally feel qualified to right this review If you're looking for the highest quality, Michelin quality sushi this isn't the place. If you're looking for a place with great flavour, budget friendly, and quick service this is the place. Monkey Sushi brings a lot of bang for its buck and it tastes amazing. Their Hot Torched sushi offerings are probably the best I've had in the Markham area and are VERY generous in portion size. My goodness the flavour is amazingly rich it's great. All the other dishes have a great portion size. If you like bang for your buck this is the place. Look at the size of the tuna and salmon packed in this Volcano roll. It's HUGE!! The quality is average, but for what you get it's 100% worth it. And where else are you going to get torched sushi at this price? Would definitely recommend to anyone. 5/5

I ordered the monkey special set from ubereats. I like how they are open until late night. The order was completed quite quickly. I think the taste was good, not the best sushi ever but it’s definitely a good choice for the price. It didn’t smell bad or taste weird as some reviews are saying. It seemed quite fresh and well made in my opinion I would order again!

Not sure why ratings are so low. I have ordered from them twice and both times were very good. From having my order taken to the taste Sushi presentation was great and I do agree that it’s not the best out there, but for the price, it’s actually very worth the price paid You also get a great selection once you start getting into the platters. They also have bento boxes, but nothing to brag about there. Would stick with the sushi from here. Service was good for me. Nothing outstanding but nothing to also complain about. Once ordered ahead and one time was on the spot. Both times, my order came on time and with no delays. I do see what people say about the person possibly being rude, but in actuality, the person is trying to get all the orders in and turnover customers as quick as possible. Parking in this plaza is very bad. Even though there are lots of spots, they get taken up quickly and you could be left circling the plaza lot numerous times. They do have a garage parking g underground which could be a better option to find a spot if you cannot locate one on the main floor. There isn’t much aesthetic to the place as it’s takeout and a combined spot with a boba shop. Good job!

I ordered the Salmon Lover Combo, and it was absolutely wonderful—fresh and delicious! However, this spot seems to be primarily focused on takeout. While there are a few chairs for dining in, the setup isn’t ideal for those eating on-site. Surprisingly, there wasn’t even a bin for customers to dispose of their trash. I had to ask the staff to throw it out, and they mentioned they didn’t have one, which felt odd. Overall, great food but they should consider some basic amenities for dine-in customers.

First time ordering from them. We ordered 2 poke bowls and 2 dragon rolls for 2 of us. It was a lot of food. We finished the pike bowls and soups. We couldn't eat the rolls. Overall the food was good. The takeout presentation was nice.
